Baldwin Public Library meeting rooms provide a professional atmosphere for business meetings, seminars and many other community and/or educational events. The rooms are available for rent to the public with reasonable fees being charged to profit and non-profit groups.

Baldwin's meeting rooms have a wide range of capacity that can accommodate small groups all the way up to groups of 100 people. Rooms for rental include:

  • Rotary Room (up to 35 people)
  • Donor Room (up to 35 people)
  • Rotary & Donor Combined Room (up to 100 people)
  • Jeanne Lloyd Room (up to 40 people)
  • Board Room (up to 20 people)

Room reservations are available through August 31. If you're looking to book a room during December, January or February, please check back after November 13.


Meeting rooms are available during the following hours:

  • Monday - Thursday 9:30 am - 8:45 pm
  • Friday - Saturday 9:30 am - 5:15 pm
  • Sunday 12:00 pm - 4:45 pm

Earlier start times or later ending times may be available if arranged and approved in advance by the library.
