1. Attach the player to the computer with the USB cable.

2. Open Windows Media Player.

3. Click “file,” and then “open” from the Media Player menu bar at the top. Open the audiobook and play it for at least one minute.

4. Click the "library" tab. "Right-click" the audiobook file name and select "add to" "sync list." (Alternatively, you can click and drag the title to the sync list pane on the right side of the media player window, or click "file," go to "CDs and devices," and then click "synchronize.")

5. Click the "start sync" icon. "Right-click" the "remove hardware" icon on the Windows system tray. Click "remove hardware." Click the USB device listed in the dialog box and click "stop." You will be prompted when it is safe to remove the device.
