Parking Map
Parking is free for the first two hours in any of the five parking decks. Metered parking is also available on all four streets surrounding the Library. Parking at structures or meters is always free on Sunday.
For your convenience, there are two free five-minute parking zones in front of the Library for quick drop-offs and pick-ups, as well as two 30-minute parking zones for short-term business.
In addition, anyone with a vehicle displaying a handicap placard can park for free at any time at metered spots in downtown Birmingham. Baldwin has a wheelchair friendly ramp leading to its front door for easy access.
