Meeting Rooms

null Baldwin Public Library meeting rooms provide a professional atmosphere for business meetings, seminars and many other community and/or educational events.  The rooms are available for rent to the public with reasonable fees being charged to profit and non-profit groups.

Baldwin's meeting rooms have a wide range of capacity that can accommodate small groups all the way up to groups of 120 people.  Rooms for rental include the Rotary Room, the Donor Room, the Jeanne Lloyd Room, the Board Room, and the kitchen.

Hours of Availability

Meeting rooms are available during the following hours:
Monday - Thursday 9:30 am - 9:00 pm
Friday - Saturday 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
Sunday 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Earlier start times or later ending times may be available if arranged and approved in advance by the library.
