Tax forms are in the Adult Services department and provided to the public at no cost. We stock both Federal and Michigan forms from mid-January through April. If you don’t see the form you’re looking for, one of our Librarians would be happy to print copies for you from the IRS or Michigan Treasury websites.
Tax forms have arrived at the Library. You can find 1040 and 1040-SR forms, along with the instruction booklets, in the Birkerts area near the Adult Reference Desk. State of Michigan forms are available as of February 10, in the same area. Please see a staff member if you need assistance printing additional forms.
