Baldwin has seven study rooms available on a first-come, first served basis.
Eligible patrons are guaranteed two hours, with further usage subject to demand.
Checkout of these rooms is exclusive to Baldwin cardholders in good standing, once per day, with no reservations or renewals.
The patron who has checked out the study room must be the one to use it, and cannot leave the room unattended for longer than ten minutes during use.
When multiple rooms are available, staff will accommodate specific room assignments – when staff predict periods of greater use, however, they will assign rooms in accordance to a given patron’s needs:
- Study Rooms 1-4 accommodate 2 people, and feature a whiteboard.
- Study Rooms 5 & 6 accommodate 3 people, and feature both a whiteboard and wall-mounted display screen.
- Study Room 7 accommodates 4 people, and features a wall-mounted display screen.
Control of lighting and air purifiers is available in each room.
Markers and technology kits for study room use are available at the Information Desk, as an additional checkout.
