Curbside Pickup is available for most of our items (Internet to Go Kits, Hotspots, and Library of Things items are not eligible for Curbside Pickup). If driving, simply pull up near the library’s loading dock on Chester Street. We ask that you please remain in your vehicle when you arrive and call or text 248-520-3970 with your last name. Alternatively, if you are walking, please wait outside the front entrance on Merrill Street and call or text 248-520-3970 with your last name.
Curbside Pickup is available 7 days a week during the following hours:
- Monday: 9:30 a.m. – 8:45 p.m.
- Tuesday: 9:30 a.m. – 8:45 p.m.
- Wednesday: 9:30 a.m. – 8:45 p.m.
- Thursday: 9:30 a.m. – 8:45 p.m.
- Friday: 9:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
- Sunday: 12:00 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.
We ask that you please do not come to pick up items curbside if you have not notified Baldwin staff of your arrival time at least 60 minutes beforehand. You may contact us using the methods listed below.
To request Curbside Pickup, please have your Library Card number and list of requested items handy. Please note that Internet-to-Go Kits, Hotspots, and Library of Things items are not available via Curbside Pickup. At least 60 minutes before you plan to arrive, please contact us via one of the following methods:
