It takes a lot of talent to run a Library. Our current staff of more than 80 includes librarians, catalogers, IT professionals, operations assistants, shelvers, circulation clerks, and more.
We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Library Assistant I for our Access Services Department. This is a part time position, and includes day, evening and weekend hours. Applications will be accepted until August 4, 2024.
The Baldwin Public Library is the public library of Birmingham, Beverly Hills, Bingham Farms, and Bloomfield Hills. It is a Class V library with a service population of 37,981 people and an annual operating budget of $5,000,000.
