Baldwin Public Library will be migrating to a new software system on March 7.
This migration necessitates that we temporarily halt your ability to place holds on physical items at Baldwin.
From February 19 until March 7 you will not be able to place any holds on physical items owned by Baldwin Public Library. However, any holds you placed prior to February 19 will continue to be set aside for you as they come in.
Once our new system launches on March 7, you may resume placing holds on items.
Note that this migration will not affect your ability to place holds on digital items: you will always be able to place holds on e-books and e-audiobooks through OverDrive, 24/7. You will also still be able to place and receive requests through MeL during this time.

Susan, we are migrating to iii Polaris. Several local libraries use this, including Rochester Hills, Troy, Farmington, Clinton-Macomb, and Orion. We are excited about the new capabilities and mobile-friendly online catalog.
