Small businesses, civic groups, charitable organizations and others: we’re thinking of you. If your organization needs meeting space, the Baldwin has several professional rooms available to rent for your next gathering. Rooms vary in size and can accommodate both small and large groups. See below to find a room that meets your needs.
- Rotary Room (up to 35 people)
- Donor Room (up to 35 people)
- Rotary & Donor Combined Room (up to 100 people)
- Jeanne Lloyd Room (up to 40 people)
- Board Room (up to 20 people)
Meeting rooms are available during the following hours:
- Monday – Thursday 9:30 am – 8:45 pm
- Friday – Saturday 9:30 am – 5:15 pm
- Sunday 12:00 pm – 4:45 pm
Earlier start times or later ending times may be available if arranged and approved in advance by the library.
